  二. 支持条件

1.根据学校相关政策,按照相应岗位职务提供科研启动费和安家费。(安家费(税前): 助理教授15万/人, 副教授20万/人,教授30万/人; 科研启动费: 助理教授15万/人,副教授20万/人,教授30万/人;)

2.学校特设“岳麓学者计划”领军岗、特聘岗、晨星岗,学院将为学术成果突出者申报相应岗位并享受特殊岗位津贴(视岗位情况,分别提供6万至20万的岗位津贴不等)。

3.邀请具有三年及以上海外工作经历的优秀青年才俊共同申报“青年千人计划”,入选者除享受国家有关待遇及支持条件外,直接聘至教授岗位,并享受“岳麓学者”岗位津贴。

三.聘用条件 及岗位职责

    1.具有知名高校 (研究机构) 相关学科博士学位。研究方向相对稳定,能准确把握学术前沿,具备相应岗位对教学科研能力和学术业绩的要求,并能凸显学术发展潜质及创新力。海外非教职人员申请正高职务的,应具有海外知名高校或研究机构工作经历并在科研方面取得标志性突出成果。

    2.岗位指责主要为本科及研究生课程教授,国内外知名学术刊物论文发表,具有副高及正高职务者,需承担部分博士高级课程教授任务,以及主持国家社会科学和自然科学重大项目。具体要求由学院与申请者协商,在学校相关规定的基础上根据个人情况进行适当调整。

 四.选聘流程

  由学院相关部门(行政办公室及学院学术发展中心)负责在海内外相关网站发布招聘信息,通过电子邮箱收集应聘者申请材料,并将申请材料递交至系主任处进行初审,初审通过后由负责人事招聘的学院领导进行二审,然后邀请应聘者来校进行课程试讲及学术报告,合格者报院务会及学术委员会进行最终审核并启动聘用程序。

Overview

 

The college of Finance and Statistics of Hunan University resides at the foot of Yuelu Mountain National Park in Changsha City, Hunan Province in Middle China. Hunan University originates from the oldest academy in the world – Yuelu Academy, which was founded in A.D 976. Over more than one thousand years, the Academy has built a high reputation of academic excellence. Many great minds propagated their thoughts from here to the rest of the world. Now, Hunan University is also honored as an “Ancient Millennium Academy, Famous Centennial University”.

 

As an open, multidisciplinary comprehensive, and research-intensive university in China, Hunan University is directly under the administration of Education Ministry since Hunan University merged with Hunan Fiscal and Economic college in 2000, which is also one of the special funded key universities in “211” , “985” Projects and “Double top” for Higher Education sponsored by Education Ministry. The finance subject of the college of Finance and Statistics is one of the first key subjects funded by People’s Bank of China, the key subject in the twelfth “five-year plan” of Hunan Province, and the key subjects in “211” project for Higher Education. Furthermore, it is as well the major supporting subject in the national innovation base for philosophy and social science of “985” project.

    II.Remuneration

 

  1. According to the relevant policies of the university, theresearch funds and the settling-in allowance are provided in accordance with the corresponding post.

Assistant Professor: one hundred and fifty thousand RMB settling-in allowance(pretax), one hundred and fifty thousand RMB research funds per head;

Associate Professor: two hundred thousand RMB settling-in allowance (pretax), two hundred thousand RMB research funds per head;

Full Professor: three hundred thousand RMB settling-in allowance (pretax), three hundred thousand RMB research funds per head

 

  1. The universityhas a special "Yuelu Scholar Program" setting the “Leading Post”, “Distinguished Post” as well as “Morning Star Post” and will declare the corresponding post for who has outstanding academic achievements and pay special post allowance(sixty thousand RMB to two hundred thousand RMB in accordance with the corresponding post).

 

  1. Invite outstanding young talents who haveoverseas work experience of three years and above to jointly declare the "Youth Thousand Talents Program". In addition to the state's relevant remuneration, finalists of the program will be directly employed to the professor post and get the post allowance of "Yuelu Scholars".

 

III. Qualifications and Responsibilities

 

1.The applicant should have honored PhD degrees in related disciplines of well-known universities( or research institutes ). The research direction is required to be relatively stable, and the applicant is expected to grasp the academic frontiers accurately, have corresponding requirements for teaching as well as research and academic achievements, and have distinguished potential and creativity of academic development.

 

  1. The main responsibilitiesare as follows: Give lessons for undergraduates and graduates; Publish articles in famous academic journals at home and abroad; Teach some advanced courses for PhDs and preside over the Great Projects sponsored by National Social and Natural Science Foundations if the title of associate professor or full professor has been gained. The applicants can consult with the college the specific requirements, and it can be adjusted according to the individual circumstance based on the college’s related rules.

 

IV.Hiring process

 

The relevant college authorities (institute of administrative offices and academic development center) are responsible for releasing the relevant post recruitment information both at home and abroad websites, application materials from candidates are collected by E-mails, and submitted to the dean offices for the preliminary examination. After preliminary examination, officers responsible for personnel recruitment will organize the second examination where applicants will be invited to present a teaching demonstration and an academic report. The College Affair Office and Academic Committee will review the eligible for a final purpose and launch the hiring process.
